Our Program

We look forward to creating an environment that is honest, fair and collaborative.  We believe in working alongside parents to ensure that each child receives the nurturing care and educational experiences that promote their optimal growth and development. We recognize that children are constantly learning and that the first five years of a child’s life are crucial in their development. We take the responsibility and trust that you have given us seriously and strive for positive outcomes in our children.

Nutrition

Little Angels believes that healthy eating habits and positive messages about food are essential developments for all children.  We want to instill these values by providing nutritious meals and snacks for the growing children in our care.  Little Angels is a member of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).  This is a voluntary federal program administered by the Department of Agriculture.  Participants of this program must go through a training process and prove that their menu offers healthy, nutritious and balanced meals.  Following the training, we are monitored throughout the year to ensure that the CACFP guidelines and standards for nutrition in young children are maintained.  We believe that lifelong eating habits and outlooks on nutrition and health develop at a young age and we are proud to offer this program to our families.  Please review our Regular Menu and Toddler Menu.  If your child requires any substitutions, due to allergies or religious beliefs, please complete the necessary paperwork and we will accommodate your child’s needs with an appropriate substitution.
